Biological Age

A measure of how well your body is actually functioning.

Biological age estimates how old your cells, tissues and organs seem based on their condition and performance. It is a measure of health, not time.

Difference

Chronological age measures time. Biological age measures performance.

Two people with the same chronological age can have very different biological ages. The gap between the two is what 360Me is designed to close.
