What exactly is biological age, and why does it matter?
Biological age is a measure of how well your body is actually functioning, not how long you’ve been alive. It estimates how old your cells, tissues and organs seem based on their condition and performance. Two people with the same chronological age can have very different biological ages. The gap between the two is what 360Me is designed to close.
Who is this for?
360Me is for people who are serious about their health and want more than a generic plan. Most of our members are already health-conscious but frustrated that their data isn’t translating into real results. If you want a structured, expert-led program with a verified outcome, this is for you.
How is this different from a blood test I can get from my GP?
360Me is designed to optimise performance. Every biomarker is chosen for its impact on your biological age, and your dedicated expert builds a personalised action plan from your results.
Why is the program cohort-based?
Because high-touch expert support doesn’t scale infinitely. Each cohort is kept small so your longevity expert can give you the attention the 360Me Reset requires. It also means everyone starts together, which keeps the structure and accountability tight.
What does my longevity expert actually do?
They review your biomarker results, build your personalized action plan, run your consultations, and check in on your progress throughout the program. If LongevityOS flags that you’re drifting off plan, your expert steps in proactively — you don’t have to chase them.
How does the at-home blood test work?
We send you a kit with everything you need. You take a small finger-prick sample at home and post it back to our ISO-certified lab. Results are reviewed by a qualified GP¹ and shared with your certified expert before your first consultation.
What do I actually receive and when?
Once accepted, you’ll receive your blood test kit, smart scale, and onboarding details ahead of your cohort start date. Your first consultation happens in the pre-program week, and your action plan is ready before week one begins.
What happens after the 4-week 360Me Reset?
Upon graduating from 360Me Reset, you’ll receive your retest results alongside a verified comparison against your baseline. Graduates also get early access to Evolve, our annual membership for continuous monitoring and expert support.
Is my health data secure?
Yes. All data is stored securely and handled in line with UK GDPR. 360Me never sells or shares your personal health information with third parties.
Who is the expert behind my plan?
Every member is assigned a BANT-certified longevity specialist who reviews your biomarker results, checks in with you weekly, and adjusts your plan as your body responds. All results are also reviewed by a qualified GP¹. This is expert care built into every stage of the program.
